Order details — billing and delivery address, payment reference (we don't store full card or bank account numbers) 

Your artwork — logos and files you send us for printing Website data — basic browser and device information

Why we collect it

To prepare your quote, produce and deliver your order, issue invoices, keep records required by BIR, and improve our service. We'll only send you catalogues and promotions if you agreed to receive them.

Your artwork

Files you send are used only to produce your order. We keep them on record so reorders skip the design step — ask us and we'll delete them. We'll ask your permission before showing your finished product in our portfolio.

Who we share it with

Only our delivery couriers, payment processors, and government agencies where the law requires it. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order and financial records: [10] years, as required by tax law. Artwork: until you ask us to delete it. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask us to show, correct, or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent to marketing. Email: shibatomimarketing@gmail.com and we'll respond within 6-10 days.

You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

We use reasonable measures to protect your information — restricted access and secure storage. If a breach occurs that puts your data at serious risk, we'll notify you and the National Privacy Commission as required by law.
