Return Policy

Custom-printed items can't be returned once you've approved the design and we've printed it. That's why we send you a free mockup first — so nothing goes to press until you're happy with it.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you approved, we'll fix it or replace it at our cost.

What can't be returned

Because your products carry your logo and can't be resold to anyone else, the following are final once production begins:

• Customized calendars, planners, journals, and diaries
• Any item printed, engraved, or branded with your logo or artwork
• Orders where you have already approved the digital mockup

This is standard across the custom printing industry. Once your name is on it, it belongs to you.

What we will replace or refund

We'll make it right at no cost to you if:

• The item arrives damaged in transit
• The item is defective — printing errors, binding problems, materials that fail
• We printed something different from the mockup you approved
• You received the wrong item or wrong quantity

In these cases we'll reprint the affected items, or issue a refund or credit if a reprint isn't practical within your timeline. You choose.

Ready-made items

Ready-made calendars and unbranded stock items with no customization may be returned within 6-10 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to our error.

Please include:

1. Your order number or invoice number
2. Clear photos of the problem
3. How many pieces are affected

We'll respond within 6-10 working days with next steps. For damaged deliveries, please keep the packaging — the courier may need to inspect it.

Order cancellations

• Mockup approval: Cancel at no charge. Any down payment is refunded in full.
• Printing begins: Orders cannot be cancelled. Your materials are already committed.
